Stomach cramping laughs

Do you ever have those days that you laugh harder then you ever have before? Mostly about the most random things that only you and a select group of friends could really understand. I had one of those weekends. It's that kind of laughter that makes you forget about your troubles and other worries and really enjoy life.
What do you do to make people laugh? What makes you laugh?

A few quotes to leave you with...

"If we couldn't laugh we'd all go insane"-Jimmy Buffett

"The human race has one really effective weapon, that is laughter"-Mark Twain

And my personal favorite:

"The most wasted days is the ones without laughter"-E.E. Cummings

I hope you all have a good laugh today.

Got spinning?

Alright so I'm so one of "those" people. I really do love spinning. As long as I keep up on at LEAST twice a week it's a great feeling. But I'm not your typical hardcore spin biatch who is in the front of class (ok so I do sit in the front) and hoots and hollers for all to here. (I can't stand that!)

Have you ever done it?

If not I highly suggest it. I'm a fan of the BAC for Women at Colvin and Eggert. The instructors are great and probably the best around. They pick the best music and make sure to always give the right kind of motivation at the right time. All being that you DO NOT touch your resistance dial!

Note to self: Do not sit in the front row, first day back after a three week hiatus. Instructor will find you!

My goal for the upcoming summer. To amp up my skills and ride in the Ride for Roswell, not in the 9-mile race, not 22-mile but the 33-mile ride. Anyone game?

The Big Move

Well. It's been far too long since I've last blogged. Alright I'm making it a point to keep up here. Starting today! I'll be posting a few blogs just to get back up to date with life.

First off, I'm free! Ok well in a small sense I am. I've moved out of my parent's house for what is the 4th and last time of my life! Besides their turning my bedroom into a hip little lounge, and who doesn't love that!

I've moved into my quaint and button-cute apartment on what I think is one of the most beloved streets in Buffalo. Richmond Ave has always been somewhat of a dream to me. I would drive along just for fun look at the beautiful big houses and dream about who once lived there, who has lived there and which one I would buy (or for now rent).

Anyways I found my dream nest on Craigslist (you've gotta love that thing) and met with my landlord in January. He's a great guy, retired, handy-man and all around nice. There are three other tenants, it's not all too noisy at all. Although I thought I heard moaning the other morning, but hey, it's the city, it happens.

So far I love my little nest and I can't wait till summatime! Walks to Cecilia's on Monday nights for buy one-get one martinis (NO thanks to Lauren), Sunday morning walks for breakfast or brunch to Acropolis and elsewhere. Oh and those pesky power walks I plan on doing every morning once it gets warmer :)

I love the city!
